Welcome to the 60 track! If you have clicked on this page, you are probably looking for a programme that guarantees progression in the skills of the sport of CrossFit but you have limited time in which to train.
Our 60 track follows a similar structure as the CrossFit track but follows a minimum effective dose approach meaning sessions are designed to last no more than 60 minutes.
Each session is likely to be made up by two pieces, a conditioning piece coupled then with either a strength, olympic lifting, gymnastics or accessory piece. Each piece will be divided into its own time segment to ensure that you can be in and out of the gym in a timely manner.
The 60 track is for those who:
-Have work/ childcare/ other commitments that mean your time in the gym is restricted but you still want a programme that guarantees progress in areas you are struggling with, whilst maintaining/ enhancing progress you have made in areas that you love.
- Want to leave the gym after 60 minutes and feel like your still making strides towards your goals without making sacrifices in any of the fundamentals such as strength, gymnastics or workout capacity
-Are tired of cookie-cutter programmes that don’t consider your busy schedule and leave you have to cherry-pick parts of your session resulting in a training plateau because you just can’t be consistent.
