CROSSFIT
Welcome to the CrossFit Track! If you have clicked on this page, you are probably ready for a structured programme that guarantees progression in the skills of the sport including strength, gymnastics and energy system development.
Our CrossFit track follows the CrossFit methodology and is structured to specifically help the everyday athlete progress year on year. The programme is structured around the competitive CrossFit season, aiming to get you to your peak level of fitness for the Open, as well as maintain a level of fitness and sports specificity to be able to compete year-round.
This track includes 5 full training days that are designed to last no more than 90 minutes and 2 full rest days. We focus on all aspects of strength, conditioning, and gymnastics at a volume and intensity to take you to your peak levels of fitness, whilst also addressing the areas preventing you from reaching your full potential…. all without having to spend hours upon hours in the gym!
Our CrossFit track is for those who:
-Enter the CrossFit Open each year and are looking for linear progression on their overall rankings
-Attend regular CrossFit classes but need a more targeted approach to work on any clear cut weaknesses that are currently holding them back from being able to RX workouts
-Enter and compete at local affiliate or bigger licensed competitions and require slightly more volume and variety than classes can provide
-Have work/ childcare/ other commitments that leave them with a limited amount of time to train but would like a programme that still guarantees progression in all areas without having to spend hours upon hours in the gym
-Are feeling burnt out and de-motivated from following an alternative training programme that doesn’t take into account that the everyday athlete is not able to prioritise sleep, nutrition and recovery like an elite athlete and have therefore stopped seeing progress
