ROAD TO RX

Welcome to the Road to RX track! If you have clicked on this page, you are probably ready to stop scaling workouts because you haven’t mastered some of the more complex skills of CrossFit!

Our Road to RX track follows the same methodology as our main CrossFit programme, but our skill sessions are replaced with skill mastery pieces that are progressive in nature to take you that step further to nailing those more complex skills! You can also say goodbye to generic scaled options in your conditioning pieces and instead look forward to alternatives that help to build capacity and endurance which will eventually carry over to the RX movements.

Road to RX is for those who:

-Are fed up of higher skill movements holding them back when it comes to being able to RX workouts or enter the RX category in competitions

-Are sick of seeing generic exercises such as jumping pull ups or hand release press ups as scaled options for the movements they can’t do because they have got to a point where they can perform these at ease and are now not achieving the correct stimulus during workouts

-Have mastered some higher skill movements but would struggle to perform these under fatigue or at high volumes so need to work on strength and capacity

-Are looking for something to ‘bridge the gap’ between classes and a structured programme without it being too much of a step up

Those who progress and are ready for something more challenging can then follow our main CrossFit track which is already included in your subscription!
