Welcome to the Strength Track! If you have clicked on this page, you are probably looking to build some serious strength through a progressive programme that uses proven strength training protocols.

Our strength track is periodised with each phase building on the next, using the Olympic Lifts and their variants, compound lifts, functional bodybuilding techniques and accessories to improve structural balance and joint stability.

The Strength Track is for those who:

-Are looking for a well-rounded programme that improves Olympic Lifting technique whilst also building compound strength, explosiveness, structural balance and improves joint stability.

-Like to compete or train in the sports of CrossFit AND Olympic Weightlifting and want to switch your training focus between the two when needed but without detriment to the other.

-Would like a programme written by coaches with knowledge and experience in both coaching and competing in Olympic Lifting who will set weekly focus points so that you can video your lifts and receive expert feedback to know your progressing in the right direction.
