Welcome to the Athletic track! If you have clicked on this page, you are probably someone who loves functional training and are looking for a structured programme that incorporates all of the elements of functional fitness including aerobic and anaerobic fitness, muscular endurance, zone training, strength and structural balance work.

Our Athletic Track is structured around training for some of the most popular functional fitness competitions such as HYROX, CrossFit, Turf Games, ATHX and more! This well-rounded programme will give the functional fitness lover the variety and enjoyment they crave from training but is structured in a way that ensures you will feel ‘competition ready’ at any time!

Our Athletic Track is for those who:

-Love functional fitness as a style of training and are looking for a programme that combines endurance, threshold training, strength and hypertrophy.

-Are fed up of the complexity of the skills required to compete in CrossFit but still like that style of training and still want the option to do similar style workouts and continue to work on some of the less complex lifts

-Like to enter functional fitness races/ competitions such as HYROX, Turf Games, ATHX etc but don’t want a more holistic approach to training that doesn't specifically peak for one particular competition.

-Are generally looking to improve their overall fitness and body composition as part of a healthy balanced lifestyle
