Who is it for?

Are you exhausted from trying out different training programmes only to find that you’ve wasted weeks or even months of commitment to something that wasn’t quite meeting your needs? Have you lost motivation because you are putting in what feels like 100% effort only to feel like you're not making progress because the things that are holding you back are not being accounted for on your current programme? Imagine what it would be like to tell someone exactly what your goals are, they take into account the potential barriers that are currently preventing you from reaching those goals and they create a completely bespoke training plan that takes into account all of your individual needs. You fast forward a few months and all of a sudden the things that were holding you back are finally a thing of the past and you are closer to reaching your goals than you’ve ever been.

Introducing…. The Artemis Programme!

The Artemis Programme is a comprehensive and bespoke training programme for individuals that have specific needs that are currently preventing them from reaching their goals. This could be individuals who:

-Have a limited time schedule

-Have a lifestyle or work schedule that cannot be accommodated for with a generic programme

-Have access to limited equipment

-Are working around injuries

-Have a goal which is difficult to meet via a more generic programme such as aesthetic goals

-Require more coach contact to keep them accountable and ensure they stay on track to reach their goals

-Have clear cut weaknesses that are preventing them from reaching their full potential

-Are looking to peak for a specific event or competition

How does it work?

You will begin with an initial consultation with one of our coaching team in order to get a comprehensive understanding of what you want out of your training. From there we will develop a programming plan that is customised to you with the specific results you are looking for. Your programme will be delivered to you via the Fitr App and can be viewed up to 7-days in advance giving you the ability to plan your week accordingly and reach out to your coach with any queries should you need to check on anything you are unsure or concerned about. The duration of your bespoke training plan is completely down to you and we will be on hand to recommend alternative generic programmes that will continue to help you reach your training goals when you no longer feel you need a higher level package of support but don’t want to stop your programme completely.

What can I expect?

Weekly feedback on key focus areas of your programme including on any videos that you have uploaded

Bi-weekly check in’s with your coach to ensure we are optimising your training and make any necessary changes to keep you on track to reach your goals

Movement video’s to ensure you know exactly how to perform the exercises programmed

Session notes that detail what the intended stimulus is and focused cues to help you get the most out of each exercise

Access to your coach within working hours (9-5, Monday-Friday) via our in-app messaging system

Performance tracking using in-app metrics so that you can track your own progression using quantifiable data

Competition/ qualifier support - specific advice from your coach on how to strategise competition or qualifier workouts to ensure you perform at your best

The opportunity to attend our quarterly-run training days which bring the community together for coached workshops, team workouts and the opportunity to meet other like-minded individuals
