RHEA - PRE & POST NATAL

Named after the Greek goddess of fertility, Rhea is our bespoke Pre & Post Natal programme. This programme is specifically designed to help expectant mothers to safely continue with their training throughout pregnancy and help those post-partum to return to training in an effective, progressive and safe way, all whilst keeping longevity and overall health at the forefront of your programming.

Each client will have an initial consultation with our fully qualified Pre & Post Natal Exercise coach, Amy. Amy has a wealth of knowledge and experience within the industry, holding qualifications in Personal Training, CrossFit and Weightlifting. Once your initial consultation is complete, Amy will create your bespoke programme based on your own goals and is on hand to provide regular feedback on your training as well as provide regular check-in’s.

We recognise that the post-partum journey is not a finite one! We therefore welcome those at any stage post-partum who feel they need some additional support in adapting movements and/ or building up to regular exercise. This programme can be started at any point during pregnancy or post-partum, so long as your midwife or doctor has deemed you fit for exercise.
